TL;DR

CRM Marketing Specialist (iGaming): Planning, launching, and optimizing player communications across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push notifications with an accent on user activation, retention, and reactivation. Focus on configuring bonus and promo mechanics, building automated journeys in Customer.io, and coordinating content production.

Location: Must be based in the Limassol office in Cyprus

What you will do

  • Set up and launch segmented campaigns and automated journeys using Customer.io or similar tools.
  • Configure standard promotional mechanics including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cashback.
  • Coordinate content production by creating briefs for copywriters, designers, and translators.
  • Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics such as delivery, opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Maintain list hygiene, monitor deliverability, and ensure quality of WhatsApp/SMS opt-ins.
  • Collaborate with Product and BI teams to validate events and attributes from the CDP.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle marketing or marketing automation (iGaming, mobile apps, e-commerce, or fintech).
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io or equivalent journey-building platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for emails and experience with WYSIWYG editors (e.g., Stripo).
  • Proficiency in managing CSV audience checks, UTMs, and basic funnel/retention metrics.
  • English proficiency for briefs and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to work from the Cyprus office in Limassol.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming (casino/sportsbook) with knowledge of bonus wallets and VIP programs.
  • Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN) or familiarity with Looker, Metabase, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, SMS gateways, and push notifications (FCM/APNs).
  • Understanding of sender reputation and email deliverability concepts.
