Partnership Development Manager (English-speaking market) 🌍

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to help us grow and scale our partner network in the international (English-speaking) market 🚀

Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract new partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships
• Negotiate terms and launch partnerships
• Support partners and help them grow
• Analyze performance and optimize partnership strategies

Requirements:
• Experience in partnerships, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English level B2 or higher (spoken is a must)
• Russian language is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
