Location: Remote worldwide (7 AM to 3 PM PST work hours)

OTE $3,000-3,500 per month (base 40-60% + unlimited bonus)

What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel sales from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
• Conduct sales presentations and qualify inbound leads
• Meet and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Leverage CRM, AI tools, dashboards, and automation
• Handle 60% written communication/client coordination and 40% phone calls

Requirements

• Excellent American English (C1-C2) and Russian verbal/written communication
• 1+ years B2C sales experience meeting targets and KPIs
• Experience with CRM, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and sales technologies
• Sales-driven mindset, energetic, results-oriented
• Committed to continuous learning and strong work ethic

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
• Working experience in the US market
