What you will do

• Maintain accounting records for companies in USA, Hong Kong, Cyprus and others.
• Manage primary documentation: preparation, verification, archiving, submission to outsourcing firms monthly.
• Prepare and submit internal management reports monthly.
• Handle month-end closing in ERP, review Trial Balance and General Ledger.
• Optimize and automate accounting/tax processes in 1C and other ERPs.
• Collaborate with outsourcing companies, auditors, directors, stakeholders across jurisdictions; ensure compliance and deadlines.

Requirements

• Upper intermediate written English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles in international environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, Xero, QuickBooks or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple entities and outsourced accounting firms.
• Excellent communication for auditors and stakeholders.
• Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
