What you will do

• Conduct technical investigations and forensics to identify and resolve data discrepancies using web/app technologies like network requests and API responses.
• Perform deep-dive community analytics on member behaviors including retention cohorts, engagement velocity, and viral loops.
• Build and deploy data science models such as churn prediction, sentiment analysis, or member segmentation using Python.
• Write high-performance SQL queries optimized for ClickHouse to process billions of rows of interaction data.
• Audit dirty data and implement logic to handle bot activity, duplicates, and tracking gaps.

Requirements

• Expert SQL with advanced mastery of CTEs, window functions, and optimization for columnar databases (ClickHouse a plus)
• Web/app technical literacy to inspect network payloads and debug event triggers
• Analytical intuition to spot data anomalies and investigate root causes
• Experience writing complex SQL, investigating web/app event data, and building predictive models in Python

Nice to have

• Workflow automation with Airflow
• Python proficiency (Pandas, Scikit-learn) for modeling and data manipulation
• Experience analyzing developer communities, forums, or social platforms
