What you will do

• Design and build systems supporting high-scale reporting and analytics workloads
• Improve OLAP performance and optimize data access patterns across large datasets
• Develop solutions unifying data from multiple external ad channels with varying structures
• Own projects from definition through delivery, ensuring high quality and reliability
• Work with Ruby, TypeScript, Kafka, PostgreSQL/Citus, ClickHouse, Redis
• Mentor engineers and maintain high engineering standards

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating data-intensive, high-scale systems
• Experience with OLAP workloads and query performance optimization
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL etc.)
• Ability to design systems handling varying data structures and integrations
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed
• Ownership of complex problems with clear communication and collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar databases
