What you will do

• Process patient prescriptions and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Contact patients for follow-ups on documents and respond to queries.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical teams, and partner pharmacies for smooth dispensing and delivery.
• Update patients on prescription changes and collate feedback on complaints.
• Report incidents, support clinicians with operational queries, and work on service improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality, prioritise workload, and attend mandatory training.

Requirements
