What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms tailored to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data initiatives
• Optimize and monitor data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Apply latest data technologies to solve complex challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in designing/implementing data solutions, platforms, interfaces
• Proficient in data modeling (dimensional, de-normalization)
• Hands-on with modern data tech, cloud platforms, big data tools, data warehousing
• Knowledge of software dev, CI/CD, Git
• Experience with cloud data platforms, Medallion architecture, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Good Python and SQL; fluency in German (C1) and English
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders; consulting mindset

Nice to have

• Valid certifications in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, MS Azure
