What you will do

• Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure software delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and post-deployment validation processes across environments.
• Integrate monitoring and logging into release automation for visibility, reliability, and proactive alerting.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to align pipelines with testing, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes with rollback strategies for smooth production releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in release management and automation.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog).
• Experience with Git, scripting (Python, Bash), and security best practices in CI/CD.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize pipelines in complex, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• REST APIs integration, networking concepts, security scanning tools.
• Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack), microservices architectures.
