Our Client: We are a fast-growing sweepstakes entertainment company operating in the U.S. market. Our mission is to deliver a best-in-class social gaming experience built on transparency, compliance, and exceptional user support.

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who has done this before — someone who has built and led a visual design language end-to-end, not just executed on someone else's vision. You'll own our visual identity across product, marketing, and CRM, and set the creative standard for everything our players see. This is a hands-on role with full creative ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

-Define and maintain Blitzmania's visual design language across all touchpoints
-Design in-product graphics: game banners, promotional assets, UI illustrations, icons, and animations
-Build and iterate on CRM email templates (HTML-ready) and push notification visuals for our Smartico-powered campaigns
-Create landing pages, social media creatives, and paid ad visuals for Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns
-Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure pixel-perfect execution
-Develop and document a scalable design system and brand style guide
-Lead creative direction on LiveOps events, seasonal campaigns, and VIP loyalty experiences
-Review and provide feedback on design output across the team

What we’re looking for

-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a clear track record of defining and leading a visual design language — not just executing tasks
-Portfolio that demonstrates ownership: brand systems, design languages, or creative directions you personally built from the ground up
-Expert-level proficiency in Figma; strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
-Experience designing for digital gaming, social casino, or sweepstakes platforms is a strong plus
-Solid understanding of email design best practices and HTML/CSS for CRM creatives
-Ability to build and maintain a cohesive visual design system from scratch
-Strong eye for typography, color, motion, and visual hierarchy

Nice-to-have skills

-Experience at a sweepstakes, iGaming, or social casino company
-Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere)
-Familiarity with A/B testing design variants for CRM or paid media
-Experience working with gamification or loyalty program visuals
