What you will do

• Build and maintain automated pipelines for sales decks, client proposals, pitch materials, and commercial templates across fintech, gaming, aviation, ecommerce, and crypto verticals.
• Orchestrate production of social media visuals, email banners, newsletters, and video reels using AI generation, motion tools, and Figma systems.
• Own full design pipeline for events and campaigns including stands, rollups, invitations, print files, and digital assets.
• Produce AI-assisted video content such as branded shorts, spokesperson reels, and announcements.
• Develop scalable design system with master templates, Figma component libraries, naming conventions, and brief-to-output workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI-powered design tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or equivalents
• Strong command of Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and variables
• Experience building scalable template systems
• Ability to prompt AI tools for consistent on-brand output
• Comfort working across formats: presentations, brochures, social graphics, email, video, print
• Portfolio showing creative quality and high operational volume with brand consistency

Nice to have

• Experience with motion/video tools: After Effects, CapCut, Runway Gen-3, or similar
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows (Make, Zapier + AI, custom GPT pipelines)
• Background in B2B or fintech brand environments
• Experience writing or reviewing design briefs
