Location: Remote from US (Bethlehem PA, Chicago IL, Miami Lakes FL, San Diego CA). Frequent business travel required; must be present in-person at US healthcare customer sites and comply with vaccination/immunization requirements (COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B) and vendor credentialing (background check, drug screening).

Salary: $125,000-$140,000

What you will do

• Serve as expert in sterile reprocessing parameters like water/steam quality, detergents, instrument quality, water treatment, mechanical washing, and steam sterilization.
• Lead investigations, form conclusions, strategies, and recommendations to resolve client issues in healthcare facilities.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate surgical/laparoscopic instruments and container systems for flaws (corrosion, fractures, damage).
• Execute consulting tasks and workplans to deliver scope of work or generate opportunities.
• Provide technical support to consultants, sales team, and other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6-8 years related experience.
• Breadth of professional field and industry knowledge; ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies.
• Work under minimal supervision using experience and judgment.
• Resolve complex problems based on experience.
• Frequent business travel; comply with US healthcare customer access requirements including vaccinations and credentialing.
