What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap, expanding beyond a single hero product
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market validation
  • Source, evaluate, and launch new products through suppliers and manufacturers
  • Improve existing products based on feedback, returns, reviews, and NPS
  • Design and iterate experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partners for alignment and execution
  • Build a flexible product development process and lead a small team as the business scales

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product, Category, or Brand Management in DTC e-commerce, consumer products, beauty, or haircare
  • Proven track record of launching products and running lean experiments
  • Strong customer insight skills from interviews, surveys, and feedback
  • Analytical expertise to interpret data, track KPIs, and make decisions
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams
  • High bias for action, structured approach, and end-to-end decision-making
  • Excellent communication to explain trade-offs

Nice to have

  • Experience with older or accessibility-focused customer segments
  • Knowledge of hair tools, beauty devices, or assistive products
  • Working with Asian manufacturers (e.g., China)
  • Familiarity with reviews, NPS, and feedback systems
  • Exposure to performance marketing, CRO, or growth teams
