Location: Remote in United States

Salary: $61,000–$85,000 USD, plus discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Design high-quality visual materials for print, digital, and presentation use across strategic initiatives
• Translate complex scientific, economic, and payer narratives into engaging visual storytelling
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines in all deliverables
• Propose innovative visual solutions based on audience needs
• Collaborate with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time
• Manage multiple projects, incorporating regulatory, legal, and stakeholder feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environments
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with Figma, XD, and print/digital production processes
• Ability to simplify complex information creatively with attention to detail
• Strong communication, initiative, collaboration, and time-management skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused work
• Video editing and motion graphics skills
