• Collaborate with user acquisition teams to analyze metrics like hook rates, retention, and conversion for campaign optimization
• Monitor trends on TikTok, Meta, and mobile ad networks plus conduct competitive analysis
• Ensure brand consistency while experimenting within short-form video constraints

Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile gaming, performance marketing, or digital advertising agency
• Proven track record of ad creatives driving installs and performance results
• Strong understanding of short-form video dynamics and user attention capture
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; Unity or Unreal familiarity a plus
• Balance data insights with creative instincts in fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
