What you will do

• Record key data including raw materials, daily sanitation SOPs, critical control points, pest control records, metal detection, labeling logs, and pasteurizer temperatures.
• Perform daily pre-op inspections including swabbing.
• Conduct daily sensory analysis of finished products.
• Perform QA tests such as pH, water activity, titrations, and others.
• Audit and update key product specifications.
