What you will do

• Support engineering and technical operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Work with primary packaging for solid dosage forms and secondary packaging for vaccines, biologics, and medical devices.
• Manage changes, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries and build effective relationships with other groups.
• Apply compliance and operational excellence practices in regulated production environments.

Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in an engineering or operations role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, including FDA and EMEA requirements.
• Experience with pharmaceutical packaging, change management, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methods, SAP, or other production software.
