What you will do

• Oversee engineering and operations in pharmaceutical production, focusing on primary and secondary packaging.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulations from FDA and EMEA.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams to support operational goals.
• Lead change management, investigations, and root cause analysis for process improvements.
• Apply operational excellence methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering, scientific, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 5 years in engineering/operations in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with pharmaceutical packaging (solid dosage, vaccines/biologics, medical devices)
• Strong cGMP knowledge, FDA/EMEA compliance mindset
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in change management, investigations, root cause analysis

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
• Operational Excellence experience (Six Sigma, Lean)
• SAP or production software experience
