SAP Lead Support Functions (ERP)

TL;DR

SAP Support Functions Engineering Manager (SAP/ERP): Responsible for end-to-end operational delivery of SAP solutions supporting Finance, Risk, and Operations with an accent on functional direction, operational excellence, and cross-domain collaboration. Salary: €110,000–€135,000 gross annual (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, bonus/profit sharing).

What you will do

• Define functional direction and ensure operational excellence across SAP Support Functions modules (FICO, GRC, MM, SD, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
• Lead multidisciplinary team of ~7 SAP functional engineers, coach, hire, and set priorities.
• Own delivery including incident/change/problem management, SLA monitoring, and cross-module coordination.
• Contribute to S/4HANA clean-core strategy, process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Collaborate with SAP Platform Owner, Domain Architects, stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Rotterdam office required (40% time).
• Experienced SAP professional with strong leadership; Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Finance or related.
• Strong hands-on SAP FI experience; understanding of GRC, HR, Logistics, technical maintenance.
• Experience leading SAP functional consultants/mixed teams, incident management, testing, releases, SLAs.
• Strong communication across engineering, business, leadership; ability to challenge vendors.
