What you will do

• Greet patients professionally and provide first-level support, answering questions and processing check-in/out and payments
• Schedule and confirm appointments, place outbound calls for follow-ups, and conduct weekly clinic evaluations
• Verify insurance benefits, complete authorizations, and maintain patient files and intake forms
• Process repairs under supervision, manage inventory and supply orders, and handle patient orders
• Prepare bank deposits, submit reports, clean equipment, and perform general office duties
• Assist with community outreach event planning and logistics monthly

Requirements

• Location: Downers Grove, IL (70 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience required; 2+ years in healthcare environment preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Nice to have

• EMR/EHR experience
• Prior experience or knowledge with hearing aids
• General sales knowledge for accessories
