What you will do

• Architect and implement core telephony framework components for calling, data connectivity, messaging, and advanced features.
• Optimize telephony stack performance across diverse carrier networks and device configurations.
• Partner with product management to translate customer goals into technical designs.
• Collaborate with modem/baseband, OS platform, QA, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Lead design reviews and own critical architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years programming with at least one language
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of systems
• Experience as mentor, tech lead, or leading engineering team
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years Android development experience

Nice to have

• Full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, reviews, and testing.
• Hands-on telephony and cellular services software with understanding of IMS, MMTel, RCS, and connectivity features.
