Location: On-site in Atlanta
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Identify, debug, and troubleshoot break-fix issues to resolution within agreed service levels
- Collaborate with Engineering and DevSecOps teams to support IAM and CPAM services
- Communicate with customers on issues, resolutions, technical analysis, and root cause
- Publish knowledge articles and prepare technical documents for operating procedures
Requirements
- Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying IAM tools like , Sailpoint, OIM, or ISIM
- Extensive database operations and SQL experience
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Javascript, Python, Groovy)
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services (e.g., Postman) and SSO providers
- 5+ years in IAM design, development, configuration, deployment; Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Linux/Unix/Windows, AWS or Azure, ticketing/monitoring tools
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and tools like CyberArk, Beyondtrust
- Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA), cloud internals (Kubernetes, APIs)
- Understanding of APM, SRE, and public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure)
