What you will do

• Gather business requirements and design transportation solutions using OTM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, and Visibility
• Lead implementation work packages ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality, and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and partners on solution design, workshops, and customer activities
• Support testing, deployment, post-go-live issue resolution, and continuous improvement of transport solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years experience with OTM implementations and support
• Delivered 3–4 full lifecycle implementations, including Oracle Cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of transportation processes: planning, execution, visibility, freight audit
• Experience in Agile/DevOps, requirements gathering, GAP analysis, OTM integrations (e.g., HERE, Transporeon)
• Testing support including test cases, execution, UAT; client workshops and presentations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global environments
