Multi-Tenant Access Control & Role Governance Analyst (IAM/RBAC): Driving the transition to multi-tenant platform architecture by leading role discovery, governance, and SOX compliance remediation for over 200 platform roles. Focus on establishing a centralized Role Catalog, implementing lifecycle governance processes, and collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to ensure scalable security by design.

Location: Work From Home 100% of the time, or come in to one of our global offices. Up to you. Regular Mexico/Satellite.

What you will do

• Drive evolution of access control from single-tenant to multi-tenant architecture with built-in compliance and security.
• Lead Role Discovery and Governance Program, analyzing and documenting 200+ existing roles for SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with GRC, Security, Engineering, and Product to create and maintain a centralized Role Catalog.
• Document business purpose, ownership, and patterns for roles to support RBAC migration.
• Develop governance processes for role lifecycle: creation, modification, deprecation, and reviews.
• Analyze roles for simplification, recommend deprecations, and partner on process designs aligning with multi-tenancy.
• Liaise with auditors for SOX support, testing, and remediation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Information Security focused on IAM, RBAC, and risk management.
• Strong hands-on SOX compliance experience.
• Experience securing platforms at scale; SaaS/multi-tenant desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST, COSO, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
