TL;DR
Workday Financials Business Analyst (Finance ERP): Designing, configuring, and optimizing core finance processes within Workday Financials with an accent on end-to-end process ownership, system configuration, and integrations. Focus on translating business needs into scalable solutions, building reports and dashboards, and supporting implementations and testing.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand, document, and improve core processes like Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
- Design end-to-end process flows, functional specifications, and future-state solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and Business Process Frameworks.
- Support integrations, data flows, UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
- Own system enhancements, defect management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years in business analysis, finance operations, or ERP/finance systems.
- Hands-on experience configuring or supporting Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses).
- Experience with system implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Workday certification or progress toward it.
- Process improvement designation (Lean Six Sigma, CBAP).
- Exposure to integrations, data migration, or system testing.
