What you will do

• Review and refactor codebase for clean architecture and maintainability, fixing issues proactively.
• Analyze customer feedback with CTO to prioritize roadmap and implement right solutions.
• Lead by example: thorough PR reviews, pair programming, ticket management, over-communication.
• Enhance UI for modern, intuitive, fast experience to replace clunky legacy tools.
• Work directly with CTO, shape product decisions, meet deadlines, reduce complaints.
• Share knowledge, maintain high standards, collaborate in small team environment.

Requirements

• Several years professional fullstack experience with shipped products.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Bun runtime.
• Ability to make and articulate architecture decisions.
• Comfort with customer feedback and translating to product decisions.
• Strong communication, collaborative, self-directed mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial software.
• Eye for UI/UX design, pushing modern interfaces.
• Familiarity with maintenance, asset management, industrial tech.
• Mentoring via code review, pair programming, technical leadership.
• Active use of AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or LLMs.
