What you will do

• Own end-to-end product roadmap, from ideation to execution and post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management for sustained growth.
• Gather requirements, write MRDs/PRDs, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, user stories, and prioritize backlog.
• Design and run A/B tests, track feature performance, and analyze usage data for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, BI/BA teams for seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
• Drive initiatives to enhance user experience, engagement, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Product Manager in gaming industry or B2C environment - required
• Goal-oriented with full ownership of projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Problem-solving with creative mindset and passion for games.
