What you will do

• Own the backlog, prioritize proactively, and drive end-to-end delivery while saying no when needed.
• Define product direction by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and aligning stakeholders.
• Align development with customer needs and business goals, managing trade-offs for highest-impact solutions.
• Challenge requirements and assumptions constructively to solve the right problems.
• Contribute to product culture by sharing knowledge and raising standards.
• Collaborate across teams, departments, and with stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver data-informed solutions.

Requirements

• Valid EU work permit and clean criminal record.
• Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and value.
• Strategic thinking with ability to see long-term impact.
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with customers or in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Agile development and product workflows.
