Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of critical production incidents in Dynamics 365 F&O environments
- Perform root cause analysis on complex issues like performance degradation, batch failures, and integration errors
- Troubleshoot using X++ tools, Trace Parser, SQL Profiler, LCS monitoring, and Azure diagnostics
- Develop, test, and deploy hotfixes and packages via LCS and Azure DevOps
- Optimize performance through query tuning, index management, and batch configuration
- Collaborate with Microsoft support, functional teams, and stakeholders on incidents and reviews
- Author post-mortem reports, implement preventive measures, and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O
- Advanced proficiency in X++ development, extensions, event handlers, chain-of-command
- Expert knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, batch framework, data entities, security
- Strong SQL Server performance tuning in Azure SQL
- Experience resolving complex incidents in large multi-company deployments
- Proficiency with LCS diagnostics, Trace Parser, PerfTimer, X++ profiler, Azure monitoring
- Understanding of Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory)
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and ALM
- Microsoft certifications (MB-500, MB-700, MB-920) preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; calm under pressure
Nice to have
- Prior role in Microsoft Partner managed services or enterprise support
- Background in global high-transaction D365 F&O implementations
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
