TL;DR

Focus on reproducing customer issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and managing escalations for high-availability deployments.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues by reproducing customer environments
  • Document issues and contribute to internal team knowledge base
  • Collaborate with Engineering for solutions and provide root cause analysis
  • Analyze performance along data paths including networks for cloud or on-premises deployments
  • Provide expertise during testing, deployment, and upgrading of hirify.global software
  • Manage critical issues and facilitate communication across customers, CloudOps, Engineering, Product, TAMs, and Sales

Requirements

  • Located in Spain
  • At least five years of relevant experience in enterprise software
  • Strong background in scripting or programming languages
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise environments
  • Expert knowledge of Linux/Unix and networking (TCP/IP)
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • High availability and customer commitment

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (especially hirify.global)
  • Experience with container orchestration like Kubernetes
