What you will do

• Develop key accounts and build long-term strategic client relationships
• Source and headhunt top tech talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow
• Manage full recruitment process from telephone interviews to onboarding
• Build talent pipelines and use social media for personal branding in tech
• Negotiate fees/terms with clients and mentor junior colleagues
• Track trends in tech industry and record data accurately in CRM using tools like SourceWhale

Requirements

• Proven experience in tech recruitment with consistent billing and strong client relationships
• Experience in perm and/or contract recruitment within tech sector
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and commercial mindset
• Interest in leadership and supporting others
• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Experience working to targets in sales or recruitment

Nice to have

• Experience with internal tools like SourceWhale, LinkedHelper, Paiger
