What you will do

• Serve as strategic partner to local leadership, driving People agenda in Israel.
• Lead business partnership, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and site operations.
• Manage talent recruiters and attract exceptional talent to Tel Aviv site.
• Shape culture, elevate leadership capabilities, and equip organization for growth and scale.
• Translate business needs into practical People strategies with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 9+ years in HR/People roles, with people leadership experience
• Strong experience partnering with leaders, coaching fast-growing teams
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development
• Experience in global SaaS B2B startups at scale
• Hands-on/managerial experience in talent acquisition
• Solid knowledge of Israeli labor laws and employment practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
