What you will do

  • Handle and troubleshoot complex technical requests from tech support and internal teams, including root cause analysis.
  • Standardize solutions and maintain instructions/playbooks for L1/L2 engineers.
  • Investigate product bugs and customer errors, collaborating with Product and Engineering.
  • Proactively analyze logs for bottlenecks and patterns, defining tasks for Engineers.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to boost team efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call duties and improve incident response processes.

Requirements

  • English B1 or higher.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Jira at administrator level.
  • Work with logs and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).
  • Knowledge of tools for automating administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience writing simple SQL queries.
  • Process management, teamwork, proactivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Cloud.
  • Writing scripts in Bash, Python, Golang.
  • Incident management (SEV process, on-call).
  • Experience at a fintech company or startup.
