What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize deep learning models for speech enhancement, source separation, and audio problems.
• Own audio dataset lifecycle, including sourcing, recording, and synthetic simulation pipelines.
• Develop diagnostics and benchmarking tools for real-world VoIP and recording environments.
• Improve MLOps infrastructure and cloud training setups for faster iteration.
• Collaborate with Sales and DevRel to create demos, case studies, and customer benchmarks.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DSP, room acoustics, reverberation, noise artifacts in voice AI pipelines (VAD, STT, TTS).
• Expert proficiency in Python and PyTorch for clean, production-ready code.
• 3+ years hands-on experience solving ML or data problems end-to-end (curation, training, debugging, evaluation).
• Scientific mindset focused on meaningful metrics and model failure analysis.
• Startup experience with ambiguity, ownership, and customer-focused shipping.
