What you will do

• Collaborate with national/international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to drive AI-powered digital transformation of Energy Networks
• Lead definition, development, and execution of AI strategy for business transformations and digital platforms
• Lead Expert Team within Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership Team, moderate meetings, and contribute strategic insights
• Support strategic projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Drive standardization and optimization decisions with Digital & IT Leadership Team
• Represent Energy Networks as SME in internal/external meetings and presentations

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years in AI, Data Science, or related, with strong Python, ML, DL (PyTorch), NLP, big data knowledge
• Proven problem-solving, research, project management; understanding of business processes
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical info across departments
• Business fluency in German and English
• Location: Hybrid in Essen, Germany
