TL;DR

Support Specialist: Provide phone and email support to small business owners using hirify.global financial platform with an accent on solving complex challenges and creating exceptional customer experiences. Focus on investigating issues deeply, engineering effective solutions, and maintaining product knowledge to exceed expectations.

Location: Remote from Toronto, Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, or Truro in Canada. 12-8PM ET shift Monday-Friday; flexible schedule prioritized.

Salary: CA$40,000 - CA$50,000 per year

  • Answer phone calls and email tickets, going to extraordinary lengths to help customers solve current and potential problems.
  • Keep customers at the core, creating exceptional experiences that make them feel supported and appreciated.
  • Deeply investigate complex challenges and engineer elegant, effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Fantastic communication skills, including phone interactions; messages must be accurate, clear, and concise.
  • Passion, empathy, endurance, and resiliency to engage ~20 customers daily with a positive attitude.
  • Ambition to improve user experiences and grow product knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to find or create answers for any question.
  • Internet savviness and familiarity with web applications.
