Location: Fully remote (Luxembourg, optional access to office spaces in Kyiv and Warsaw; regular strategy meetups across Europe)

What you will do

• Create high-performing video ad creatives focusing on hooks, storytelling, and conversion structures.
• Edit and animate short-form Reels (30–60 seconds) with motion, typography, and sound.
• Leverage AI tools like Runway, Kling, Kaiber, and ElevenLabs to generate and enhance visuals.
• Source and integrate stock footage, graphics, and audio to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and social teams to brainstorm, test, and iterate creatives.
• Optimize content based on platform trends, performance data, and audience behavior.
• Maintain visual quality, branding, and technical standards across deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years in motion design, preferably e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder
• Deep understanding of social media trends and performance creative strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video/image generation
• Strong attention to detail in animation, timing, typography, and organization
• Strong English communication (B2+)
• Ability to own deadlines, quality, and end-to-end delivery

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion or lingerie brands
• Creating campaign concepts from scratch
