What you will do

• Produce and edit high-quality video creatives for paid UA campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels in UGC-style, scripted, and motion graphics formats.
• Collaborate with Creative Manager to turn briefs, scripts, and performance insights into compelling video concepts.
• Build and own an AI-powered editing workflow using tools for video generation, voice synthesis, lip-sync, and post-production to optimize quality and speed.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data, scaling successful hooks, formats, and narratives.
• Stay ahead of AI video tooling trends and introduce new techniques proactively.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 2–4 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of performance-oriented creatives for mobile apps or games.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Kling, Veo3, Seedance for generation; ElevenLabs, HeyGen for voice and lip-sync).
• Builder's mindset: research, test, and assemble tools independently.
• Strong creative eye for hooks in the first 3 seconds and comfort with performance feedback.
