Associate QA Analyst

Associate QA Analyst (UI/Frontend): Ensure quality on front-end web applications with a strong focus on UI testing with an accent on developing test plans, cases, estimations, and execution reports. Focus on performing functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress, and performance testing, analyzing results, and resolving issues with development and product teams.

Location: San Mateo, CA headquarters office (Monday-Friday in office with option to work from home one day per week)

Salary: $71,000 to $75,000 + benefits

What you will do

• Ensure quality on front-end web applications with strong focus on UI testing
• Review business requirements and develop test plans, cases, estimations, and execution reports
• Perform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress, and performance testing
• Manage QA status communications daily and report risks throughout development lifecycle
• Work closely with development and product teams to resolve testing issues
• Analyze test results, facilitate issue resolution, and iterate on testing processes for efficiency

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on teams
• Passion for bullet-proof applications and improving education through technology
