Location: Onsite in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Relocation assistance provided including airport pickup, housing support, and onboarding for bank account, health insurance, BSN number.

Salary: €3500–€5000 gross per month

What you will do

• Perform Root Cause Analysis on complex electronic and mechatronic systems from customers or internal manufacturing to define improvements and resolve failure modes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and enhance product reliability.
• Define and implement containment actions for non-conforming products to support production flow.
• Translate analysis findings into actionable improvements for product development and process optimization.

Requirements

• Technical background with hands-on experience working on machinery.
• Passion for uncovering root causes of technical issues in a dynamic international environment.
• Ability to relocate to the Netherlands (Eindhoven); assistance provided.
