On-Site Manager

On-Site Manager: Management of all onsite activities from installation start until acceptance, comparable to PjM deputy and Safety Manager, with an accent on coordination, safety compliance, and progress monitoring. Focus on steering staff and contractors, interfacing with customer and teams, clarifying requirements, and ensuring milestones are met on schedule with quality and cost targets.

What you will do

• Coordinate and steer on-site activities executed by hirify.global staff or contractors
• Monitor progress and report internally and to customer
• Initiate on-site meetings and ensure safety standards compliance with briefings
• Interface with customer, suppliers, safety team, and hirify.global on safety issues
• Clarify customer requirements, provide deviations to RFQ, and prepare commissioning information
• Coordinate commissioning personnel, assembly workers, subcontractors, and customer; act as technical lead for installation
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement and meet milestones per safety, security, and regional regulations

Requirements

• Driver’s license
• Practical experience in installation work
• Rich knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, installation processes, tooling, and quality control methods
• Industrial Safety Engineer certification or above preferred
• Basic English communication skills preferable
