What you will do

• Manage Treasury Back Office activities: payment approvals, player liability reporting, BACS credit limits, and AP support.
• Oversee banking platforms, cards administration, user queries, and audits.
• Coordinate compliance and controls: KYC/AML/audit requests, Treasury controls monitoring, iGaming regulatory reviews.
• Maintain and develop Treasury Management System (e.g., Kyriba), handle escalations.
• Lead the Treasury Back Office team in Malta, providing expert advice and supporting projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant Treasury / Finance / Accounting qualifications.
• Prior experience as a manager in Treasury Back Office, preferably in iGaming.
• Treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba) implementation and administration experience.
• Leadership skills and controls mindset.
• Ability to provide expert Treasury advice, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience thriving in changeable environments.
