What you will do

• Transfer coatings to second source machines
• Stabilize coating machines through monitoring and control of process and machine parameters like dispersion data
• Stabilize and optimize coating materials for consistent quality and process reliability

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or natural sciences with relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of vacuum and coating technology as well as optical measurement technology
• Strong understanding of complex technical processes and interrelationships
• Experience in Six Sigma project work
• Excellent communication skills and strong team-oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
