What you will do

• Create and maintain work plans and instructions considering technical and economic aspects
• Plan production equipment focusing on cost-effectiveness, including quotations and approvals
• Support new product launches and series production, solving technical challenges with project teams
• Identify and implement process optimizations for productivity and quality
• Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces
• Evaluate and implement improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology)
• Professional experience in metalworking industry, ideally mechanical processing
• Solid knowledge of Lean Production
• Confident handling of SAP (module PP) and PLM systems
• Strong commercial understanding
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English required
