Salary: $140,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Manage and orchestrate containerized Python applications using Docker (Swarm/Compose) and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and cloud/on-premise strategies
• Monitor, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure high availability
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and processes
• Contribute to DevOps practices improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
• 5+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and hands-on with Jenkins, Artifactory
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Podman), orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux, GPU runtime
• Experience with Azure, IaC tools, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy), VCS (Git), tools (Jira, Confluence), monitoring (Grafana, ELK), databases
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum)

Nice to have

• DoD architectures, sensors (radars, EO/IR), networks, time sync beyond NTP
• Modeling & simulation (DIS, VR-Forces, AFSIM), HW/SW integration
• Additional languages (C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, Go)
• Current/previous DoD security clearance
