What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor the production team through daily meetings, communicating priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficient workflow in optics manufacturing.
• Build team culture by supporting development, recognizing performance, and promoting collaboration.
• Train team on safety procedures, SOPs, and technical skills.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and take actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Troubleshoot issues, oversee equipment maintenance, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in related field preferred).
• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• 2+ years in production environment, preferably optics or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
