• Maintain salary structures and job evaluation for equity and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years Compensation & Benefits management in international organization
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or HR
• Decision quality and project/program management skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong presentation and communication skills
