What you will do
- Oversee design, development, implementation, and administration of rewards plans, LTI, and bonus programs in APAC.
- Drive compensation philosophy, strategy, and practices aligned with company mission.
- Provide strategic input to executives for compliant, competitive rewards.
- Formulate total remuneration policies to attract international talent.
- Maintain salary structures and job evaluation for equity and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders on corporate and local initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years Compensation & Benefits management in international organization
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or HR
- Decision quality and project/program management skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong presentation and communication skills
