TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery.
  • Own and evolve AWS (some GCP) infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR, leading audits and documentation.
  • Define IaC practices with Terraform and oversee cloud security, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
  • Architect Kubernetes and Fargate environments aligned with medical regulations.
  • Manage and mentor DevOps team, drive automation, and collaborate with R&D, QA, Security, and IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience, including 2+ years as team lead.
  • Deep AWS expertise (5+ years), Terraform, Kubernetes in production.
  • Strong cloud security and compliance experience (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Jenkins; audit preparation and documentation.
  • Hebrew - Expert; English - Advanced.

Nice to have

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, security certifications (CISSP, CCSP).
  • GCP experience, multi-product (SaaS + on-prem), Python/Bash scripting.
