What you will do

  • Assist in rollout and maintenance of Data Governance framework.
  • Support creation and updating of data management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Data Catalogue, Data Taxonomy, and ownership records including RACI matrices.
  • Identify, monitor Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and conduct data quality assessments.
  • Track, remediate data issues, and perform data maturity assessments with reporting.
  • Contribute to metadata management, training materials, scorecards, and reports for committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, risk, business, or related field; CDMP or similar certification.
  • 3+ years in data governance, risk management, or compliance (financial services preferred).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data lifecycle, metadata, quality, and access management.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving, documentation, communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams; exposure to data governance tools advantageous.
