Technical Account Manager

TL;DR

Technical Account Manager: Architecting and managing professional services engagements for availability solutions including data protection and monitoring with an accent on data management, analytics, business continuity, virtualization, storage, and cloud. Focus on designing optimal configurations, providing project guidance, and facilitating client communications to ensure solution implementation and post-installation support.

Location: Office Based in North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Overnight travel required.

What you will do

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work for professional services.
• Support delivery of implementation and consulting services for hirify.global solutions.
• Manage projects with plans, schedules, communication, resources, and status updates.
• Assist with solution assessments, designs, implementation estimations, and post-installation issues.
• Create documentation like white papers, guides, and best practices; deliver onsite knowledge transfer.
• Analyze environments for optimal configurations, facilitate client-support communication, and identify additional solution needs.

Requirements

• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent.
• Prince 2, ITIL, PMP or equivalent project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology (or equivalent education/experience).
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global core products, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, networking, cloud, enterprise applications, data protection.
• Proven consulting and project management experience managing multiple projects/accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with disruptive storage (Nimble, Nexsan, Actifio), traditional storage (EMC, NetApp), cyber security.
