Resident Solutions Architect

Resident Solutions Architect (Big Data/AI): Work on short to medium-term customer engagements solving big data challenges using the hirify.global platform with an accent on data engineering, data science, and cloud integrations. Focus on building reference architectures, production-grade MVPs, end-to-end design and deployment of big data and AI applications, and providing escalated support.

What you will do

• Work on impactful customer technical projects including building reference architectures, how-tos, and production-grade MVPs.
• Guide strategic customers on transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations with end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
• Consult on architecture and design, bootstrap or implement projects to drive customer adoption of hirify.global.
• Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
• Collaborate with hirify.global technical team, Project Manager, Architect, and customer team to deliver engagement technical components.
• Work with Engineering and Customer Support to provide product feedback and resolve engagement-specific issues.

Requirements

• Fluently communicate and collaborate in Japanese and English to deliver domestic and overseas projects.
• Experience with Big Data Technologies or Data Science in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Comfortable writing code in SQL, proficient in Python or Scala.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with developer operations and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines, preferably in data platform projects.
